I've rented from HSS toll hire in Colchester two times now. The lady who works there is super helpful, really nice, and friendly. Each time, I've gotten fantastic service.

"Incredible service with fast delivery!"
I really messed up my Stihl pruner saw, but luckily HSS had the parts I was after. I placed my order and got them in less than a day—just fantastic service! They also responded super fast to my question about the right parts, which was a big help.

I can't complain about HSS at all; they had the best deal on the drill I wanted, which I found on Google Shopping. This was my first time ordering online from HSS, but I felt confident since I knew them from their well-known hire shops. They offered free next day delivery for orders over £100. The drill itself was under £100, but I added a set of drill bits to my cart, which made it worth it to avoid extra shipping fees. I received tracking emails and texts, keeping me in the loop. I’ll surely consider HSS for my future tool purchases.
